Love Can Turn to Hate

How could true love turn to hate?
So our story begins with two lives in the hands of fate.
You see our young couple had been dating for a year.
The boy loved her and was always calling her dear.

The girl loved him just as much.
Her heart would beat faster by his touch.
They both thought they lived in a fairy tale.
Neither one could have guessed how this love would fail.

Slowly they forgot to listen to each other's words.
The couple were caged birds.
The yelling began and old cuts came back.
Non played deffence they only played attack.

Hate and bitterness replaced love and a dream.
Weren't true loves supposed to be a team?
So ends this true love.  
All of it ended because one little shove...
